Join us for a Summer Cruise to Nanaimo’s Newcastle Island!

Event Registration Deadline: Tuesday, June 30, 2026
Event Registration Fee: $10/Tolly
Cancellations made prior to the registration deadline will receive a refund of the registration fee minus a 10% administration fee.
Cancellations made after the registration deadline are not eligible for a refund.
Canadian Tollycruisers events are GREEN events. Bring your own plates, cups, glasses, cutlery, etc to Dock Tales and dinners to help us reduce the waste generated by the disposable versions.

Friday, July 10 – Arrival

12 p.m. – 5 p.m. Meet & Greet
5:15 p.m. Dinner at the Dinghy Dock Pub
After Dinner Dancing at Newcastle (TBC)

Saturday, July 11

8 a.m. – 9:30 a.m. Cookies & Coffee on the Dock
9:30 a.m. Island Walking Tour
12 p.m. Hot Dog Lunch
We’ll supply the hot dogs. Donations of salads are appreciated.
1:30 Visit friends / Nanaimo
5:30 p.m. Potluck Dinner
Bring a dish to share – all courses welcome
After Dinner Dancing at Newcastle (TBC)

Sunday, July 12 – Departure

8 a.m. – 9:30 a.m. Coffee on the Dock

Limited moorage is available at the Newcastle public dock (first come, first served), anchor, on a mooring buoy (first come, first served) or at the Port of Nanaimo (reservations encouraged).
